Pramod Chimmanlal Gupta is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter-holder from the Association for Investment Management and Research (AIMR), USA. He graduated from Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow in 1999 with a post-graduate degree in Finance and from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur in 1996 with a B.Tech. (Hons.) in Electronics and Communication. He has over 22 years of experience in Indian equity markets across brokerage firms, mutual funds and insurance companies. He has been involved in business strategy consulting, investment advisory, and financial consulting to listed and unlisted companies.
Mr. Sanchay Dubey

Sanchay Dubey is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of our company. He is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore. He is responsible for the legal and secretarial work of the company. He has been associated with our company since September 2015 and has over five years of experience in the field of secretarial and legal affairs.
Mr. Ashwani Kumar Tyagi
Head, Business Development
Ashwani Kumar Tyagi has 22 years of experience in Business Development and Marketing in the B2B segment and New Product Development for different industries. He has completed his Masters in Mathematics with Computer Application and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Analytics in Operation Management from Symbiosis. He has vast experience in development of business and manufacturing in the fields of home and kitchen appliances, consumer electronics, lighting, automobile industry, two and four-wheeler automotive parts, electrical insulators, electrical goods, plastic components, and others.
Mr. Vikas Koul
Head, Business Development
Vikas Koul has more than 21 years of experience in the EMS sector. Having vast knowledge and experience in the field of plastics, he is responsible for operations, business development, sales and marketing, and vendor development at our company. He has completed a DPMT and PMD course from the Central Institute of Plastics Engineering and Technology in tool development and designing. He also completed a business development course from the All-India Institute of Management Studies.
Mr. Naresh Kukreja
Head, Manufacturing Operations
Naresh Kukreja is the head of manufacturing operations at our company. He has more than 32 years of experience in managing production, projects, and leading operations. In 1998, he obtained a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Pusa Polytechnic, New Delhi. He did his AMIE in Mechanical Engineering from the Institution of Engineers, Kolkata in 1989 and did an Advance Diploma in Tool Engineering from YMCA institute of Engineering, Haryana in 1991.
Mr. Vinod Siwach
Head, Manufacturing Operations
Vinod Siwach holds a post-graduate degree in Operations Management from Symbiosis and completed his B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from YMCA Institute of Engineering, Haryana. He specialises in Manufacturing and Material Procurement and has worked on products like Room Air Conditioners, Commercial Air Conditioners, Water Purifiers and Ceiling Fans. He has over 19 years of experience in the manufacturing sector for consumer electronics. Previously, he had worked for TPS drive (Toyota Production System).
