Chief Financial OfficerMr. Pramod Chimmanlal Gupta is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter-holder from the Association for Investment Management and Research (AIMR), USA. He graduated from Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow in 1999 with a post-graduate degree in Finance and from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur in 1996 with a B.Tech. (Hons.) in Electronics and Communication. He has over 22 years of experience in Indian equity markets across brokerage firms, mutual funds and insurance companies. He has been involved in business strategy consulting, investment advisory, and financial consulting to listed and unlisted companies.

He brings over 14 years of extensive experience in the field of Company Secretary, Compliance & Legal. During his professional journey, he was associated with Lodha Group, Jupiter Wagons Ltd. and Swan Energy Limited. He is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds B.Com. and L.L.B. degrees from Rani Durgavati University, Jabalpur. At PG, he will oversee all activities related to Secretarial, Statutory & Legal Compliance.
