Mr. Anurag Gupta
Chairman & Executive Director (Technical)Mr. Anurag Gupta, who succeeded Mr. Promod Gupta as Chairman, has been a part of the EMS industry for more than 27 years. He has a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering and computer science from Bengaluru University. He is responsible for development and implementation of procurement and monitoring of plant machinery, R&D, technical policies, quality assurance, and technological advancement.
Mr. Vishal Gupta
Managing Director (Finance)Mr. Vishal Gupta is Managing Director (Finance) and also a promoter of PG Group. He is responsible for administration, finances, compliances, and government and customer relationships, along with a focus on key operations of the company's Air Conditioner business. He completed a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University in 1993, and an MBA from the University of Pune in 1995. He started his career with PG Group in the year 1995. Five years later, he joined Bigesto Technologies Limited as a Director, and finally joined PG Electroplast Limited in 2010.
Mr. Vikas Gupta
Managing Director (Operations)Mr. Vikas Gupta is Managing Director (Operations) and also a promoter of PG Group. His responsibilities include administration, new business development, customer relations, managing and improving intra-organizational support services, along with a focus on the Washing Machine and LED TV operations of the company. He completed his Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University in 1993, and MBA from the University of Pune in 1995. He started his career with PG Group in the year 1995. Later, in the year 1999, he joined Bigesto Technologies Limited as a Director, finally joining PG Electroplast Limited in the year 2010.
Mr. Raman Uberoi
Independent Non-Executive DirectorMr. Raman Uberoi is a Chartered Accountant and an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Delhi University. He has around 30 years of experience in the area of financial analysis, credit ratings, mergers and acquisitions, business development functions, etc. He has been previously associated with Receivables Exchange of India Limited, Magma Housing Finance Limited and Principal Asset Management as an Independent Director and member of the Advisory Board at Piramal Capital & Housing Finance Limited. He has served on various committees of GoI and Regulators like SEBI, RBI and he also serves as a member of the Market Data Advisory Committee of SEBI and the Expert Committee set up by the Tamil Nadu government on improving access of loans to MSMEs. Presently, he is a Senior Advisor, Government & Regulatory Relations with CRISIL Ratings Limited.
Ms. Mitali Chitre
Nominee Non-Executive DirectorMs. Mitali Chitre is a Principal at Baring Private Equity Partners India and has been with the organization since 2007. She has 15+ years of investment experience & leads deals across consumer durables, capital goods, building materials, logistics and energy sectors. She serves as the Chief Economist for Baring and heads the Deal Origination practice. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Infrasoft Technologies Ltd. Ms. Mitali holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from Mumbai University and MBA from Cardiff Business School, U.K. She has completed an Advanced Management Program in Strategic Decision Making & Risk Management from Stanford University and studied Finance from the London School of Economics (LSE).
Mr. Ram Dayal Modi
Independent Non-Executive DirectorMr. Ram Dayal Modi has over four decades of rich experience in Banking and Financial services of SBI Group. He retired in June 2011 as General Manager. He has expertise/ acumen in areas of Credit, FOREX, Project Appraisal & funding, Business Planning, Branch Expansion, Training system, Operations & Branch Banking, Technical & Management Consultancy. Mr. Modi is gold medalist in MA (Political Science), University of Udaipur, Rajasthan and holds Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers (Part I).
Ms. Ruchika Bansal
Independent Non-Executive DirectorMs. Ruchika Bansal is a management consultant with over 18 years experience, specializing in wealth advisory, investment banking, private equity and business strategy. In 2013, she founded Tarvos Consulting Services Pvt Ltd, to provide advisory services to small and mid-sized companies in areas of corporate finance and strategy. Prior to Tarvos Consulting, she worked as an investment banker with Cipher Capital and Meghraj Capital advising companies in the areas of mergers & acquisitions and private equity syndication. Ms. Ruchika is a commerce graduate from SRCC (Delhi University) and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from MDI, Gurgaon.

He served in accounts, finance and administration at various manufacturing industries including textiles, steel, automobiles, sugar, cement, oil, television, plastic injection molding, consumer goods, and more.
